Niacin Flash is fun and cannot be stopped! I like to take one tablet on an empty stomach. It turns red enough and itchy. I’m scared and never drunk anymore. Sometimes I don’t flush with food.

Very good for energy.

The flash does not work even 500mg. Is niacin different depending on supplements?

I guess the problem I have is flushing. Thankfully century 21 have flush free prolong release niacinamide if you suffer that problem. Niacin and magnesium citrate are helpful for depression and mood disorders.
