I used to take vitamins from Solgar. It was certainly better, but my hair fell out and my nails were slightly better than steel. I liked these vitamins a lot more. A pleasant smell. Hair became more silky and stopped falling out. The only negative is to drink 3 times a day.

I’m not sure but there’s no description for kosher and this product contains gelatin.
While this is a SUPERB product, it does contain gelatin so is not gluten free.
It is about 1/2 inch in diameter, so not too bad to swallow. I bite it a couple of times and take it with my morning tea. Not great tasting but I believe it breaks down better if you break it up a bit.
