Gorgeous ghee with creamy taste. Good Butter With Mold. Delicious butter. Tasty butter. Buy More. Coconut Butter Creamy Flavor. The bottle is broken. Oil is super cool! good product quality. My Absolute Favourite!

Until recently, I somehow thought that the site represented the oil GHI only one manufacturer Purity Farms, my joy was not the limit when I found that there is a choice among the GHI. Now you can expand the horizon of purchases among melted oils and today there is something to compare. The buffalo, herb fattening in glass container, 255 g. GHI is a melted butter of golden yellow color, homogeneous in texture, closer to cream, without grains. Does not contain lactose, so people who do not perceive this substance, can safely eat it. Rich in vitamins A, E, K. From the minuses – like any butter, this product contains cholesterol – 256 mg in 100 g. GHI oil is a kosher dairy product, has a high therapeutic potential. If it is not smeared with spoons, a snack with a loaf, and used when frying vegetables or finished pancakes to lubricate, then the benefits will be many times greater. By the way, this oil does not smoke and does not smoke when heated, therefore, it does not form carcinogens, which is a big plus. The oil of the GHI manufacturer 4th & Heart turned out to be many times steeper than oil from Purity Farms and not just to the taste, even to the sight. The oil from Purity Farms, when cooled to taste, resembles cooking oil, so if I roasted a mountain of cheese cakes on this oil and they were not eaten at once with heat from the heat, they had to be heated, because the frozen GHI covered the cheese curd with a thin greasy film that not everyone will have to taste. With oil GHI from 4th & Heart such is not present at frying, or at cooling. For the sake of experiment, for photos, I took out both oils from the refrigerator and at once with the naked eye there is a difference, the cooled Purity Farms oil is not a homogeneous yellow color, but with inclusions of white color (fat color), this oil is delicious only while it is melted. Oil 4th & Heart on cooling remains perfect golden color and taste very delicate creamy, no hint is not on culinary fat neither in color, nor in taste. They burned favorite cheese cakes in this oil, oil absorbed into them, leaving no fatty film, which is very pleasing. The truth is the price of butter, which is more tasty and less expensive than that of a competitor from Purity Farms. For several years I bought PGF from Purity Farms quite often, not knowing that there is a better product, now my choice is only the GHI from 4th & Heart.

My family liked it, we will take it. I do not feel a pungent smell; food does not burn.

Sometimes the lid has been crushed, but the disease itself has never been broken. The box is fine and the MCT oil is not leaking, but the bottle is broken. I want to inspect the goods properly when packing.

This is probably my best purchase here. How pleasant it is to cook with this oil, the products do not burn, a very small flow rate, because the oil “lubricates” the pan perfectly and does not need to be added much, it is a mega cool product!

received in good condition and good product quality. will buy from Foodpharmacy Blogs again

I refuse to cook with anything else! It’s great value for money and stores very well in the Australian heat / climate. It’s all I buy!

Questions and Answers

How do I remove an item from my cart?
Does it need to be refrigerated?
is this kosher?
Is it organic?
Expiration Date: Dec 2019 – really this short? or it hasn’t been updated? please check!
I’ve received it, but it looks like oil instead of creamy. Should it looks like butter or cream?
I want to order 3 bars but the expiry date says March 2018, that’a next month. Can you ship me ones from a brewery batch with a longer shelf life?
Is it casein (milk protein) free?
Is the expiry date really March 2018? That’s this week.

It’s in a glass jar
You go into your cart and press remove.
The label says:store at room temperature
Yes, there is a Kosher Dairy trademark on the labeling.
It’s pasture raised and grass fed so I guess it is organic. Might be wrong but.
I bought this item month ago. The expiration date till 11.20. So it means 1 year at least. Thus not so short. After opening they recommend to use it during 3 month.
My butter looks like cream, not that oily.
I just got that product today )(Feb 28) with expiration date on the bar as of Nov 28, 2018. and manufacturing date is Nov 28, 2017. Also they recommend for best use in 3 month (it is written on the bar) So what you see as expiration date on on- line page is actually “best use before” label and not an expiration date after which it is not recommended to use at all. Although one bar of 454 g is usually enough for me for 2 weeks, I do understand now that even with order of one bar I’m actually almost out of the best use period, which is sad. So your question is a good one and I would like to get the answer too.
Ghee or clarified butter (also known as drawn butter) is a casein free alternative to regular butter. Both ghee and clarified butter have the milk proteins casein and whey removed and what remains is butter fat. Casein is a protein that many people do not tolerate, especially people who cannot tolerate gluten. The above needs to be confirmed by the producer but in all likelihood, it’s casein free.
My jar of butter has another date 10/06/18. I ordered it in December.
