You can wash your whole body without complaints. It is a long hair with a length up to the buttocks, but it is safe to wash without pain. The scent is not so strong but not weak and has a good lavender aroma. It didn’t hurt even if it got into my eyes, so it was kind to my body. Well my son doesn’t have eczema but I love the ingredients. I know that Shea butter, neem leaf, coconut oil are all good for eczema. I believe calming lemon balm would be good also. The smell isn’t so great but it’s not awful either. It smells mostly like the neem leaf and the lemon. I personally prefer it because when it has added fragrance it’s something I really don’t want on my child’s skin so it was a plus for me. We never really know what will help our children with eczema but try it. It doesn’t hurt. Good luck
