The product is brown, liquidish. I don’t feel the smell of coconut in it, it seems to me like needles. This smell is not for everybody, but I like it. The product seems oily, but it is very well washed off, right to the creak. After washing, lightly massage the face and keratinized cells roll down, as after creams gage. There was no such effect from other means. After a week of use, I was pleasantly surprised that even the black dots are washed out and the pores are narrowed. And while there is no feeling of dryness or tightness. I took it as a means to wash off hydrophilic oil and I want to note that the oil washes off perfectly. Love this and a little goes a longgggggg way. My skin became so soft and mosturised and felt really clean. Doesn’t strip the skin and make it feel dry.1 bottle can last up to a year, depending on the amount used. But my husband have started to use it too so the lifespan has shorten abit. It doesn’t mention the pH level. To be honest, the pH of a cleanser won’t be maintained once in contact with water which has a varying pH (unless you’re washing your face with bottled water). However, it’s very mild (yet effective), and I also use it to cleanse my eye make-up without any irritation. If pH is still a concern, I would either contact the company directly or, use a pH balanced toner to restore your skin straight after washing.
I don’t know. It did foam up some. I didn’t particularly like it and won’t get it again. I usually get Alba Botanics Coconut facial wash but it was out of stock last time I ordered. I LOVE that one. Is creamy and dosen’t sting your eyes and leaves your skin lovely and moist.
