I had purchased Paradise Herb before, but this time I tried this. I thought that it was a vegetable-based flavor, so I was very worried about the sweetness. You could just stir into a cup although I find this one a touch grainy and wonder if it’s better in a blender. I also mix lemon juice with it to help with the taste 🙂 it’s not bad but any greens I usually prefer with lemon.

I personally do not know the exact amount as it is part of the “antioxidant blend”. However, the average serving size when making a cup of green tea is about 2 grams. There is 1.1 grams per serving of the “antioxidant blend” in this product, where green tea is the fifth ingredient. I cannot imagine there is any more than 0.5 grams of green tea per serving in this product. Again I do not work for the company, this is just an educated guess. AG’s Energy products contain more green tea.
