I had purchased Paradise Herb before, but this time I tried this. I thought that it was a vegetable-based flavor, so I was very worried about the sweetness. It may not be suitable for those who are not good at sweetness. After that, the powder is slightly coarse and the texture is rough. If you do not care about these two points, I think that it is good to raise COSPA.

You could just stir into a cup although I find this one a touch grainy and wonder if it’s better in a blender. I also mix lemon juice with it to help with the taste 🙂 it’s not bad but any greens I usually prefer with lemon.

I personally do not know the exact amount as it is part of the “antioxidant blend”. However, the average serving size when making a cup of green tea is about 2 grams. There is 1.1 grams per serving of the “antioxidant blend” in this product, where green tea is the fifth ingredient. I cannot imagine there is any more than 0.5 grams of green tea per serving in this product. Again I do not work for the company, this is just an educated guess. AG’s Energy products contain more green tea.
I think it’s best to contact the manufacturer directly for that. Could be an oversight or error by Foodpharmacy Blog. I have been taking this product along with Vit B complex from New Roots. As far as I know, there shouldn’t be any interaction. Plus, Green Foods is food based, so your body should be able to absorb it easily.

Sure why not. I prefer Pure non dairy Bone Broth PROTEIN by Ancient Nutrition. I also add coconut water, frozen kale leaves I have washed and stored in the freezer, frozen pineapple, an avocado, a banana and a small dollop of coconut oil.
