is this wheat free and gluten free?
This fails to mention if it’s non-GMO, which I need to see for all corn products. So is it?

The package states that there are 4 grams of sugar in every serving. See the photo with the Nutrition Info.
It does not say gluten-free. I am assuming it is not gluten-free because even though the ingredients do not include wheat, it says that it may contain wheat.
Everything certified organic has to be non GMO otherwise it won’t get the USDA organic certification.
