The lotion firms and protects the skin. It can be used without irritation! I have been using it since I was a newborn baby and used it with my family. But the pump will not come out when the rest is low. Even if you shake it upside down, it will not come out because the cream is hardened. (laugh) So reduce one star

yes. i bought my first pump bottle of aveeno moisturiser. the pump broke too, it can be placed back for use but once i pull it slightly, the pump tip will come off
