Do you know if there is a particular variety of brown rice i should buy for grinding or should i just call the whole thing off and stick with store bought brown rice flour. My mix is made with very finely ground brown rice flour (I like authentic foods), potato starch, and tapioca starch. Last night i used your flour mix in place of regular flour in my banana bread/ muffin recipe. I would like to know if it was work just to use all brown rice flour instead of brown rice and white rice for your mix? I have tried many recipes on baking gf bread but as yet none have been edible. Let the bread machine do the heavy lifting. If you are familiar with breads, i would experiment knowing that gf flours need more oomph from more yeast. I could not find a way to make this bread palatable. So this gluten free flour recipe you listed above, where can i find your bread recipe that calls for this gluten free flour?
