No. Although celiacs have no problems with oats in and of themselves, the problem lies with cross contamination either on the farm or in the facility where they are processed. You would need to get gluten-free oatmeal. I have seen this on the shelf once but can’t remember where.
Added to smoothies would be great. Might be kind of hard to eat raw. I make my granola with it, and it’s a bit chewy, but good.
