I advise it enough that it is organic and not genetically modified. I use it. Cooking and mixtures for the body are sweet and sometimes I use it instead of powder for my children after the sweet shower.

It is fine and easy to melt, and it has a good thickness.

I use it instead of potato starch. Fried potatoes with a small amount of oil, you can make crispy french fries! My daughter loves it. It is useful because it can be used for thickening, but as everyone writes, bags are difficult to use, so refilling is essential. Also, organic is better.

The same use of ordinary flour used a little amount of success for the recipes added two tablespoons in cookies and cake and bread

Can this product be used to create body product such as deodorants etc? I noticed it needs to be refrigerated, and most deodorants listing arrowroot powder don’t.
Any idea if this is aluminium free? Thanks

I’ve only used arrowroot as a thickening agent, however I have discovered if kept in a glass container with a tight lid, once opened, it stays fresh in the pantry.
It looks like no aluminum. this is plant starch.
