The gall bladder is a small pear-shaped sac in which bile is stored and regulated – the fluid produced in the liver and necessary for the digestion of fats. However, if the liver is overloaded with toxins due to constant constipation, hormones, alcohol, processed foods, then the bile that it releases into the gallbladder can become very concentrated. From this, the gallbladder becomes inflamed (cholecystitis), becomes clogged with bile or gallstones, formed due to excessive cholesterol. As a result, digestion and digestion of fats are difficult, which leads to a bitter taste in the mouth, pain and swelling around the gallbladder, bloating, intestinal gas, nausea. Subsequently, a deficiency of fat-soluble vitamins and essential fatty acids may develop, skin diseases, visual impairment, fatty tumors, atherosclerosis may appear. To avoid these ailments, researchers advise improving the gallbladder naturally: 1. Observe DIET, which excludes refined fats, as well as cheese, ice cream, pizza.2. Get rid of FAT around the waist, as it contributes to inflammation of the gallbladder and the accumulation of cholesterol in the liver.3. Discuss with the doctor the use of birth control pills, as they increase the reserves of estrogen, which affects the production of cholesterol.4. Protect yourself from stress through meditation and engage in physical education, yoga, dancing for 30-60 minutes daily.5. Periodically rinse the gallbladder, if there are no contraindications.6. Frequently massage the stomach in a clockwise direction, apply and easily rub rosemary essential oil (three drops) mixed with coconut oil (a quarter teaspoon) into the gallbladder area. This reduces inflammation and improves the functioning of the gallbladder.7. Take supplements that normalize the production and outflow of bile: MILT (50-150 mg twice a day) helps the liver and gall bladder to detoxify. But since the plant has an estrogenic effect, therefore, with endometriosis, uterine myoma or ovarian cancer, you should consult your doctor. In addition, you should be aware that milk thistle can interact with allergy medications, anxiety medications, blood medications, and cancer chemotherapy. BEET is rich in betaine, which improves the functioning of the liver and has a protective effect on the bile ducts. The combination of beetroot extract and bile salts provides the best efficiency. ARTICHOK contains caffeoylquinic acids, which contribute to the outflow of bile. CURCUMA (2-3 capsules per day) increases the solubility of bile, reduces inflammation of the gallbladder and prevents the formation of gallstones. Bile Salts (500-1000mg with meals) help improve fat breakdown and can significantly reduce gallbladder upset. Researchers believe that people with a removed gallbladder need them at every meal. LIPASE – an enzyme that improves the use of bile and normalizes digestion. Dandelion Root (500mg with food) supports healthy liver and regulates the flow of bile. BERBERIN eliminates infections, helps cleanse the liver and gall bladder. Sauerkraut with regular consumption helps the production of bile. A cup of juice, drunk once or twice a week before breakfast, can work wonders!

We are currently suffering from the dominance of artificial estrogen. Most artificial estrogens are found in cosmetics with phthalates and parabens, in plants grown using pesticides, herbicides and mineral fertilizers, and also in meat and milk of animals fed with these plants. High estrogen rates are fraught with sterility, miscarriages, polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, breast, ovarian and uterine cancer. Not to mention more banal things: hair loss, acne, candida, weight gain in the waist and hips. Excess estrogen is usually removed by the liver. Liver diseases, such as cirrhosis or decreased enzyme activity, can delay estrogen evacuation and recycle it. Many are ashamed to admit out loud that constipation has become a constant companion. And neither cellulose, nor the use of enough water, or probiotics helps. Such a “flight delay” greatly affects the level of balance between thyroid hormones, cortisol and estrogen. So, this supplement for the liver is very cool normalizes bowel function. You can connect more Vitamin B6 and magnesium.
