Hello, Yes it is, I have elderly cat and she likes it.
My cats are all adults so I’ve never tried it on a kitten, but I haven’t been able to find anything in the product info on various sites that mentions any age restrictions. I wouldn’t give it to a tiny kitten but by seven months I think it would be safe since it’s just freeze-dried chicken breast in very small pieces. I would stay away from the fish variety though, since fish can cause allergies or urinary tract problems in some cats. Good luck!
Sorry to give you a non answer. I’ve been using this for years. I sprinkle it on my cats healthy food to get them to devour it. I go through the containers too quickly to give you a good answer. But there is a 98% chance your cat will LOVE this
