Before that, they took coconut caramels with salt from another company and they turned out to be tastier than these. Soft sweets with coconut flavor. average in general.

Why aren’t these classified as vegan?

The only reason I can see that the company does not list these as vegan is that they are manufactured on equipment used to process dairy. So the product may indeed have some tiny amount of dairy inclusion. Similarly, products manufactured on equipment used to process peanuts are not allowable for anyone with a peanut allergy.
