Tastes like soy sauce but not as salty Milder in taste. I find normal soy sauce very salty and extremely high in sodium. This is an excellent healthy but more pricey alternative. Never using soy again. Health is definitely more important.

I purchased this to replace soy sauce/tamari in low carb g/f Asian cooking, but find it is not as salty as I would like and is a little too sweet. It does make a great dipping sauce for Asian meatballs though, with a little sesame oil and chilli!
