Hi, I’m not sure if it’s supposed to do that but I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks now and the effects on my skin are: less visible pores and extreme softness and added brightness to my skin. Works well under my eyes too. It hasn’t done anything for my hyperpigmentation (yet).
I would say yes, if you layer it up or use a serum underneath. Sometimes I mix it with a drop of night oil for a mask-like effect. It’s really good actually, helped to smooth my skin and improved texture. Good luck!
