How can I tell if your products are Keto friendly?

Vegetarian and gluten free.
I looked up “keto friendly” and read that it is a high fat/low carb diet. The product label of the Thai Satay Peanut Sauce shows equal amounts of fats and carbs. Whether this or (other products) are keto friendly, I don’t know; it would seem the person with dietary restrictions could determine this for themselves. This website does a great job of including readable labels on the products they sell. On another note: the sauce was delicious and soy free, which is important for my specific diet.
