It will burn at first so maybe water a bit of it down in another container at first but this stuff is great. Apple cider vinegar works great on acne too but this stuff smells better. Way better. Cut back on white floury foods n sugar too. At first your acne might get worse but soon you will notice dramatic improvement. We rarely have zits now.

Not sure I’d do that, it is 86% Witch Hazel yes but 14% Alcohol. It stings in your eyes, so I’d check with your doctor to see if it’s ok to dilute in a bath, just to be certain. It may just sting the area with stitches too much. External use only.
