I don’t know how heartburn improves. I think it protects the gastric mucosa by releasing prostaglandin. I’m not sure if this is the reason.

2 capsules a day has 16 mg not 32 mg. The list provided shows what is in 2 capsules, not 1.
I would say “no” due to the low amount in this product. I take it daily for stomach issues which have been greatly helped by this supplement.

I don‘t think so, but I am not sure. I think the Carnosine is the vehicle to bring the Zinc in the body via the stomake instead oft the intestine.
