Because this product contains phospholipids, it is probably better absorbed with food. I take it with food as the label suggests.
I don’t know for sure. I take 2 capsules 3 times a day. I think it’s always best to stagger vitamin C, but liposomal may be different When I had pneumonia last year, I took between 6 and 12 grams daily, but I still just took 1 gram (2 caps) at a time. You should ask your Naturopath for a professional answer. But, VitC is a food, so it should be ok. Just watch for signs that your baby may have exceeded the therapeutic dose = they get the runs. Loose bowel actions is a sign that you have gone over your required amount. My breastfeeding sister ate too many BlueBerries & her baby got the runs.
I have followed Dr Mercola for years and I trust what that is Lipsomal if it comes from his laboratories. For the doubters, what is their source of information – or is it just rumor?
I’m sorry, I don’t know the answer to those questions. They are good questions, I would advise contacting the manufacturer, Dr. Mercola supplements. They generally produce a good product and would be able to answer your questions.
I don’t see anything on the bottle that says it is. That’s kind of disappointing.
