Sorry l can’t help. Love it as a body wash, but l have psoriasis on my head so use a shampoo for it. I don’t see why you can’t use it as a shampoo.
I use it for hair, face and body on myself and my 5yo daughter. My daughter has been using Castile soap since she was born. We have not had any problems at all.
