it works if you take 3-4 caps and drink a lot of water on empty stomach in the morning. Might cause kind of diarrhea, but to me, it’s better than constipation! I don’t like that there’s a vit C (acid form in there) because maybe I get rush from a lot of that one (not sure if it is from vit C or another new supplement that I started taking). I would prefer if they just had magnesium hydroxide as a sole component – because it is the magnesium hydroxide that does the “cleansing” job in these caps. Also, I don’t get why is it recommended to take 2 caps 3 times daily, and not more caps just in the morning before the toilet when it’s actually needed. The first day when I was taking 2 caps 3 times daily I did not notice much of an effect.
