I depend on Milk Thistle to keep my liver healthy plus these capsules are so easy to swallow.
I love milk thistle to support my liver. I had to start very slowly the first time I got a kind of skin rash. I drank a lot of water as I recognised this could be a detox reaction. I waited a month and tried with on capsule – no rash this time. I can metabolize heavy meals better and do not seem to gain weight as quickly as before after a weekend with too many heavy or sweet foods or where I am not eating perfectly. My better half struggled with weight gain around his waiste even though he does not overeat. With the milk thistle, any further weight gain has stopped. He has more energy and feels that he loses weight. Which is great as we did not change any other part of his diet. All in all, I am convinced that this herb helps our health significantly.
