It comes in a solid block in a bag inside the box. You have to heat it up and then it becomes like coconut butter/manna. Once it cools to room temperature it becomes solid again. You can also thin it with water to get something like coconut milk, but it’s definitely not the same as the milk, it has a grainy texture.
coconut cream is actually quite fatty. therefore its not easy to use it to make coconut milk. u cannot use cold water to dilute because it will remain hard like lard because of the high fat content, if u use warm or jot water to dilute the cream then its going to form liquid coconut oil floating in warm or hot water. i use this product when i am cooking thai based curries. u can also use coconut milk in thai based curries except the water content in the milk is too high therefore my curry stews have to simmer longer and sometimes i do not have the time. hence i use creamed coconut.
