I liked the supplement, took according to the recommendations indicated on the package, drank 1 month and did not immediately see the effect. Realized it when the capsules ran out. A break of 2 weeks and the hair fell. The next package came, started drinking and within 3 days the hair fall stopped. I can note a general improvement in the condition of the hair and its growth rate has increased, and new hairs stick out) I have not noticed any other changes.
