Its not organic but it is non GMO (genetically modified) and non ETO (hasn’t been sterilized with ethylene oxide). It has a superior flavour to any other product I have used.
I think it does not contain gluten. There is no formal ingredients list on the bottle and so I think the only ingredient is paprika (a pepper) that has spent some time in a smoker. Since it’s not officially certified gluten free I guess it’s possible that there could be trace amounts of gluten if the same machines are used to process products containing gluten. If you’re worried about gluten at that level, I would contact the company and ask them.
According to the Frontier website, it is from Spain. I have really enjoyed using it.
