This is a really nice carob and great value for what you get. I’ll definitely buy more. It’s a lovely carob and I use it for drinks, cooking and making carob “chocolate” (aka for this recipe just use one equal part each of coconut oil, carob, coconut milk powder and mix well then let it harden in the fridge – it’s awesome and you don’t need to add sugar!)

My find, I make homemade chocolate with nuts and candied fruits with it, I also just beat the cappuccino machine with almond milk and I want to try making banana-chocolate ice cream.

It doesn’t say gluten free on the packaging.
Unfortunately it doesn’t say organic on the package either, I assume that it is not, though it does say not irradiated, so that’s one plus.
