Im not sure. u could cintact garden of life’s home page and ask them directly. a great product. raw. organic. not a synthetic from food. and high content.
They don’t, they add a very small amount of ascorbic acid. i asked the company.
This is news to me. i hope this is not the case. I buy this product because I don’t want synthetic vitamin C. I will have to do some digging about this.
