Garden of Life, Vitamin Code, RAW Iron, 30 Vegan Caps Product Review

EXCELLENT COMPOSITION, BUT. Unpleasant Taste And Pain. Good. Excellent. do not drink on an empty stomach. Pumiata. So far so good. goood. Not bad. Excellent

Getting sick with anemia and getting a bit of disappointment from the level of our medicine, I came to Foodpharmacy Blog in the hope of more effective drugs. yes, so here and stayed, becoming an active buyer of dietary supplements (God grant health creators and employees Foodpharmacy Blog!). My first purchase for the treatment of the disease was this vitamin complex, because its composition is excellent! But after drinking 2 months. the preparation, the analysis showed an increase in ferritin by only a few units (the initial indices are very low). Why, what is the reason? Googling a lot of information on this topic, I found some nuances in the composition of this product that do not suit representatives with low numbers of iron levels in the blood.1) vit. B12 and iron are not compatible in the same method (under the influence of Fe vit. V12 becomes inactive) 2) vit. V12 and vit. S also do not make friends with each other and their joint reception is not desirable 3) the most effective reception vit. V12 – sublingual in the form of methyl cobalamin – there is no information in what form it is in this product – (intake into the stomach must be accompanied by calcium, which increases its absorption, otherwise the result will be minimized). The manufacturer, of course, was insured by a large dose of vit. V12, but after reflecting on this circle of incompatibilities, I solved this problem in this way: I get an excellent methylcobalamin spray from the Garden of Life and constantly drink their “raw” vitamins for women I do not cease to admire this brand!), and Solgar – the most digestible form of iron-bisglycinate, I distribute them by the time of reception (minimum 2 hours) and this trio is very effective in reflecting on my test results. Control of tests is strictly required! When taking iron, an overdose is much more dangerous than a deficit! And yet a clue: who is poorly digesting Fe, connect Lactoferrin (the kind of protein transporting iron to cells and controlling the level of soluble iron in the blood – is part of the colostrum -it on Foodpharmacy Blog) and take together with iron L-lysine (an essential amino acid that performs in this case the role of transport). I would be happy if my feedback was useful to you! Take care of yourself, for God takes care of the bereaved! I wish you health, longevity and optimism!
