I drink it with organic cocoa and honey, but it’s delicious. Sometimes I put a banana in a blender and drink it as a smoothie. I never drank it as it is, but I am very helpful because I can only drink unscented things. I could have expected that it wouldn’t be good, so it’s better to buy it on the premise that you mix something like organic cocoa yourself.

This depends on yoir body fat % if your body fat% is high then you need to take more than 1gm per kg of the bodyweight otherwise it is.8gm per kg of body weight.
