Most Americans consume too much omega 6 oil that has been highly processed & is prone to higher oxidation, which increases inflammation in the body. These sunflower seeds are minimally processed, organic, sprouted and close to its natural form. Balance the omega 6 sources with a high quality, purity tested fish oil, flax seed or hemp oil (omega 3, 6, 9). Enjoy!
