These are the best chia seeds for pudding) with them everything is always tasty and really like pudding! Mix with milk and sweetener (honey or stevia) and in the morning everything is ready

Great clean product! I buy coconut milk, pour 150 ml into a glass and add 4 teaspoons of these chia seeds there, stir well, put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, it turns out a gorgeous and very useful dessert. You can add strawberries, or pineapple, or slices of mango, but you can also without fruit – due to the fact that coconut milk itself is slightly sweet, the dessert turns out to be tasty without berries and fruits.
