Depends on what you mean by “safe”. If I were you, I’d contact the manufacturer, to be sure. If you simply mean ‘can I leave the house, while taking this, or do I need to be by a toilet 24/7?’. I would think you’d be fine. It didn’t have that ‘urgent’ effect on me. buuut every body is different, of course. So each body will react differently. Plus, I didn’t take AS MANY as it directed. (2nd part of my answer will be separate, due to character limit).
