Hi, it does not contain aluminum. It’s just sodium bicarbinate. Baking “powder” has aluminum. I just checked the ingredient list on both that are in my pantry. I hope this helps.

I only use it for washing fruits n laundry. No way to tell if it is aluminium free, only the manufacturer knows. Making water alkaline? Really don’t know but there are many other ways of getting alkaline water.
