Hello, I am a professional tennis player and i play tournaments. After a set and a half i start cramping. Unfortunately when cramps start to appear it doesnt go away it gets worse and worse. Will this item help?do i take it before the match or during?

Very good and fast acting product. Using it for my foot cramp, got relief 5 mins after taking it. Once, my husband had a cramp from thigh to calf, 5 mins after taking 3 tablets for the first time, he was very surprise that it worked and only took 5 mins.
I read the list of ingredients on the side of the bottle, there is nothing to indicate that there is gluten in this product. Best to contact the Hyland’s people. I have contacted them in the past and they are very helpful.
