Irwin Naturals, Dr. Linus Pauling, Vitamin C, 1,000 mg, 90 Tablets Product Review

Effective. Time Release VIt C and Non Irritating to Stomach. Great. Great stuff. Fine, no more. Excellent. I am drinking every day. Ideal support of the body’s protective functions in the winter and not only! How nice! LOVE it

I liked it. saw in a complex with collagen in the afternoon and iron and folic acid in the evening.1 capsule in 2 divided doses. And I drink 1 tab per day with cordyceps for colds. The effect is good. I have a normal stomach from this drug. Previously, I could not drink vitamin C (high acidity and sensitivity of the skin), immediately there was heartburn. There were no problems and rashes with this drug.

Looking at the 1,000 mg, one might think that they will have upset tummy, in my case though i have sensitive stomach, I am fine with Dr Linus Vit C. I have taken many brands of Vitamin C but this is going to be my favourite.

Awesome C vitamin. A little pricey but very good

I’m a big “fan” of vitamin C, used it for a long time but this one I really like because of everything else it contains.

I ordered this product because there was a discount, and only then I read that Vitamin C is in the form of ascorbic acid. When taking ascorbic acid, there is a high risk of stomach damage (especially in people with gastritis) and allergic reactions. And that’s not all – they get asorbinka, most often, from genetically modified corn. On the back of the jar indicate a warning that this product may harm the reproductive system. But in this vitamin there are bioflavonoids for more efficient absorption. This is one important condition when choosing vitamin C. If your vitamin C does not contain them, then jam capsules / sweets with sweet pepper, grapes, oranges, etc. I take one capsule during a cold or when I feel like I’m starting to get sick. There is definitely an effect because any colds go away very quickly and with a slight runny nose. Even sore throats, which are accompanied by sharp pains in me, end literally in a day. Of course, I recommend vitamin C, but in a different form (sodium ascorbate) I won’t take this one anymore, so I’ll lower my rating.

I benefited from it

It’s neither good nor bad. About 3 kinds I tried vitamin C supplements in eye herbs, but none of these features were characteristic. However, I will continue drinking every day without any health damage, so I think that it is good at that point. When I feel cold or sick, I take one tablet more, but I am comforting and think vitamin C is indispensable.

About flavonoids read a lot. About Vitamin C similarly. I decided to take this product for testing, I did not impose any special hopes. There was a good discount + economy delivery. We took one tablet with breakfast and breakfast every day (starting from October). Usually, for the autumn-winter period, I catch cold at least twice, everything starts with a cold, and then passes into bronchitis with a protracted cough! And so every year (This time I caught a cold and (and got infected with a husband) in December. ) BUT, I read in the reviews that at the initial stage recommend two tablets of this product for several days! We did so (although I’m in a miracle did not believe and was ready for the consequences and complications!), and the result was not long in coming.2-3 days! Of course, everything is individual, but – this product works 100% (with correct and regular use) By the way -. I have gastritis, the drug apprehended good.

Because the grain is large, it is crushing and drinking. I was drinking with collagen, so I felt like my skin was rich!

I love this brand and i also use their multivitamins. These though are also just superb. They are premium quality and certainly improve my level of vitality! Recommend dearly
