Great superfood!

Have been recently going through a lot of stress, anxiety, low energy, depression, insomnia etc. Before taking KSM, I was taking Rhodiola Rosea which helps with mood. Stopped taking RR for a bit and just the Ashwagandha. Feel so much better, more relaxed, better sleep, improved mood and anxiety. Currently taking x2 capsules a day (with food). Going to try taking it with the Rhodiola for double whammy. Would definitely recommend.

This really helps me with anxiety and stress, I did get a slight side effect of itchy skin when I first started this herb but it was only temporary. I’m no expert so take what I say with a grain of salt but yes you can take it with breakfast. Personally though I would have it in evenings due to the fact that it helps you wind down and relax. It’s far soluble and many people take it with a glass of milk. I would (and do) take Rhodiola in the mornings instead. I also take it with magnesium at night.
Hi, It says nothing about processing in the same factory as animal products. It’s a root extract so it shouldn’t come into contact with dairy products.
