Medium chain triglycerides can be derived from either coconut oil or palm oil. Often omitting the specific source suggests it is not coconut oil, otherwise they would say so. Without knowing for sure, I will not be buying this brand.
As long as you take MK-7 it can replace natural Vit K2. Look for the container to say nattokinase. Jarrw’s brand of MK-7 is made from nattokinase.
