I tried a lot of biotin shampoos on Foodpharmacy Blog. I liked this one both in composition (in it the largest percentage of biotin) and in moisturizing hair. I have dyed, dry hair. It was this shampoo that moisturized the hair. The rest of the shampoos dried their hair so that they looked like a plumbing tow. When used with Biotin tablets every day for a month, the hair became noticeably thicker and acquired a healthy appearance. I highly recommend this particular manufacturer.
