Loved the mango butter. I use it as a mask for hair and for the face at night in the winter. Since the oil is of a fairly solid consistency, I put a cup with an incomplete teaspoon of oil in a cup with hot water and put the melted one either on the scalp and hair or on the face.

In my experience with this product it is not refined. There is a slight mango fragrance and the butter does liquefy when applied to the skin.
