I am not sure about a couple of the ingredients but otherwise it is fairly natural and can’t see why not. Like anything I would test it on small area of skin. I do not put it on sensitive skin (like my face) as it can sting (straight Mg Oil can do that). I note other reviewers are using it on autistic kids, and bathing kids in Mg Sulfate or Mg Chloride is commonplace. Mg Chloride (Mg Oil) or as a lotion is a great way to get Mg into you, we are all deficient in it these days. This is a tad greasy but I think a great product and cost effective, good for dry skin also. You could run the product by your doc also. Best of luck.
