Is it all natural ingredients?

Not well. It’ll help clean it off a bit, but it definitely never fully removed it for me – especially not mascara and eyeliner.
My skin feels great after rinsing with absolutely no residue. Rinses easily and my skin is left soft. I don’t recommend using this cleanser alone to remove makeup and sunscreen though. I use it has my second step in a double cleanse after using a cleansing oil.
