It’s gulten free – absolutely only organic bananas that’s been dried The texture is soft and chewy, the pieces can be hand held but are smallish as it’s sliced I would reccomend it highly if the child has learnt to eat pieces without choking It’s a staple at home – we’ve had 2 packs a week for the last few months! And still loving it
