Balm is better than shampoo. The shampoo contained sulfate, which dries the scalp (I looked at the composition in balm initially, so I thought the composition of the shampoo was the same), balm without sulfate. After 2 months of using the shampoo, a little dandruff appeared (maybe this is an individual indicator- not everyone can be like mine). The smell is pleasant, not pronounced. But the second time I would not have taken it. Now I take other shampoos, although more expensive, but better.
