Yes, mother nature has created all the best for us. No synthetic analogues of melatonin and tryptophan can be compared here. I tried to drink melatonin: you get enough sleep from it in the morning, but for a long time you shake yourself and your head is like a heavy watermelon for an hour and a half. I drank tryptophan with vitamin B at night, it is not bad, of course it doesn’t work right away but the sleep is good and you wake up nicely, sometimes it fogged. But this supplement initially pleased me with its natural composition, drank 2 tablets before bed chewing, and the taste of herbs and valerian was there, but it’s worth it. I ordered my mom, she liked it, said she was acting. That sleeps calmly until the morning. But the smell, for me personally, seemed monstrous. It smells very strong Valerian and other herbs. Maman forgot to close the can and entering the house (!) almost suffocated. Although for those who help, it will most likely not be critical.
