MegaFood, Blood Builder, 30 Tablets Product Review
YOU WILL ALWAYS AND THE UNPASTED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREPARATION, BUT. Excellent product. Excellent. Good composition for vegans.100% recommend!? Good iron supplement. iron content? Deep sleep. I like it
Getting sick with anemia and getting a bit of disappointment from the level of our medicine, I came to Foodpharmacy Blog in the hope of more effective drugs. yes, so here and stayed, becoming an active buyer of dietary supplements (God grant health creators and employees Foodpharmacy Blog!). My second purchase for the treatment of the disease was this vitamin complex, which in addition contains more and fresh farm products. But after drinking 2 months. the preparation, the analysis showed an increase in ferritin by only a few units (the initial indices are very low). Why, what is the reason? Googling a lot of information on this topic, I found some nuances in the composition of this product that do not suit representatives with low numbers of iron levels in the blood.1) vit. B12 and iron are not compatible in the same method (under the influence of Fe vit. V12 becomes inactive) 2) vit. V12 and vit. S also do not make friends with each other and their joint reception is not desirable 3) the most effective reception vit. V12 – sublingual in the form of methyl cobalamin – in this preparation is cyanocobalamin – the least effective form when taken into the stomach, its bioavailability in this case is only about 6%! Having thought about this circle of incompatibilities, I solved this problem in such a way: I get an excellent methylcobalamin spray and constantly drink “raw” vitamins MegaFood, while Solgar has the most digestible form of iron-bisglycinate, I distribute them by the time of reception (minimum 2 hours) and this trio is very effectively reflected in my test results. Control of tests is strictly required! When taking iron, an overdose is much more dangerous than a deficit! And yet a clue: who is poorly digesting Fe, connect Lactoferrin (the kind of protein transporting iron to cells and controlling the level of soluble iron in the blood – is part of the colostrum -it on Foodpharmacy Blog) and take together with iron L-lysine (an essential amino acid that performs in this case the role of transport). I would be happy if my feedback was useful to you! Take care of yourself, for God takes care of the bereaved! I wish you health, longevity and optimism!
Excellent product, no side effects. The only one that works, after trying everything else.
It is a great product for anemia patients because it contains iron with vitamin C, which is necessary for iron absorption, and the presence of beet root is very beneficial. And do not forget the presence of folic acid with vitamin B12, which makes this combination excellent for various anemia diseases and most importantly, this product does not cause constipation or abdominal pain when Eat it as the size of the pill is small, easy to swallow, and most importantly, it is halal
Good quality product

I bought the supplement I needed, but I regret that I bought 2 pills because the iron causes aging
I received iron, and I was always sleeping. I will sleep well today.

I take 2 tablets everyday to maintain my iron levels. I eat a vegan diet so I don’t always eat enough greens to keep my iron levels at normal range. This is plant based and I feel very safe. I have recommended higher doses of 4 a day if someone is highly deficient and then drop down to two a day to maintain iron levels.
That is a question you would need to ask your pharmacist. I personally cannot tolerate ferrous fumirate as it is very constipating. Blood builder works just as well to keep my iron levels where they need to be and is all plant based so I have no side effects.
I paid many times before delivery. My parents eat this product for years.
It tastes awful. It leaves a metallic (rusty) taste in the mouth
