Pre-tested – 26.6 (25-OH vitamin D). Drank the vitamin for three months, one capsule per day. I passed the tests again – 25.5 (25-OH vitamin D). As a result, there is no effect, I will try another manufacturer.

Not my option. He drank two months, two pills a day. The initial level of d3 was 30. 01, after two months it became 33.46. I consumed it with omega 3. In two months I went up by 3.45.
