Sugar alcohol is not an alcohol they are neither sugars nor alcohols. They are carbohydrates with a chemical structure that partially resembles sugar and partially resembles alcohol. I repeat they are not alcohols which makes them kosher and/or halal. Muslims can take them no worries!

If you looked at the ingredient list, you can see it does contain ‘Soy Protien Isolate’.
I don‘t believe you will find a Kosher protein bar like this. First I am Not sure about the incredients, 2nd nobody will pay the expenses and make an effort for certificates. And finally Nobody will call a rabbi to start the production and packing machine. Overall expenses, the company Will Never get a return of the investment.
