HI, i’m using other carnitine that is 3000mg and here is just 500mg how can i know if it better

The soft shell on this product is not vegan. It is produced from animal protein/collagen.
I can only say that I use the 500mg carnitine twice a day (so 1g). As a daily self-tracker of all my supplements and various biomarkers, it correlates with less migraines, lower visceral fat, increased muscle-mass, and increased bone-mass. I would surmise that 3, 000mg would correlate even more.
